Maplehill is the first resident owned mobile home park in the State of Rhode Island. Our development consists of 198 homes sites and we are pretty much a mini city as we own our own water distribution system, waste water system and streets. We have a recreational hall and plenty of common area for residents to enjoy. We are a non profit organization which prides it's self in maintianing a low fee and affordable housing alternative.
The corporation is governed by our member ratified by-laws and an elected Board of Directors. Over site of the daily operations is handled by our management agent
